Requirements Dairy Ingredients Territory Manager

Proven commercial track-record
Food technology or similar, BSc level or similar
Approx. 5 years commercial or technical-commercial experience in B2B food-industry
Highly preferably to have experience in and/or connected to Dairy industry
Preferably with a network in dairy/food industry
Familiar with ingredients-companies: who, how and what
Highly developed skills in communicating across multiple cultures
Expert in consultative selling (define experience)
Affinity with commodity and/or trading
Skills and character

Flexible and adaptive
Knows how to sell added-value concepts
Pioneer-mentality
Self-motivator
Excellent communicative skills
Multi-level negotiation skills: QA, purchasing, NPD, management
Willingness/able to travel internationally especially in Asia

Native of/based in one of Asia/Pacific key commercial geographical areas.
